Dienstleistungen – bedeutet die Bereitstellung des Online-Kurses und/oder des Präsenzunterrichts und/oder der Kursmaterialien zusammen mit anderen Dienstleistungen, die von Zeit zu Zeit vereinbart und von Ihnen über die Website erworben oder direkt mit uns per E-Mail oder Telefon organisiert werden.
Gebühren – sind die von Ihnen an Trisha Morrissey (handelnd als MET Medical English Training) gezahlten Gebühren.
Kursmaterial – bezeichnet die von MET Medical English Training bereitgestellten Informationen, die einen Kurs oder ein Modul begleiten, das als Teil der Dienstleistungen in gedruckter oder elektronischer Form bereitgestellt wird.
MET Medical English Training, oder Trisha Morrissey, oder wir, oder uns – bezeichnet den Dienstanbieter.
Präsenzunterricht – ist ein Kurs, der von uns in einem Klassenzimmer unterrichtet wird und den Sie selbst organisiert haben oder persönlich besuchen.
Rechte an geistigem Eigentum – bedeutet Urheberrechte, Rechte an Datenbanken oder in Bezug auf diese, Patentrechte, Rechte der ausübenden Künstler, Geschmacksmuster und eingetragene Geschmacksmuster, Marken, Rechte an vertraulichen Informationen oder in Bezug auf diese und andere Rechte an geistigem Eigentum (eingetragene oder nicht eingetragene) in der ganzen Welt.
Sie – bezeichnet die Person, die die Dienste erwirbt.

Course Materials – means the information provided by MET Medical English Training to accompany a course or module provided as part of the Services in hard copy or electronic form.
Face-to-face Class – means a course taught by us in a classroom setting to which you have organised or attend in person.
Fees – means the fees paid by you to Trisha Morrissey (trading as MET Medical English Training).
Intellectual Property Rights – means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers’ rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to confidential information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world.
MET Medical English Training, or Trisha Morrissey, or we, or us – means the service provider.
Services – means the provision of the Online Course and/or the Face to face classes and/or the Course Materials together with such other services as agreed from time to time and purchased by you through the Website or organised directly with us via Email or telephone.

3.1. In order to purchase any of the Services on-line you must register for an account with us via the Website. If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your user name and password.
3.2. Following receipt by us of your order for Services via the Website we will contact you via Email confirming receipt of your order.
3.3. A legally binding agreement between us and you shall come into existence when we have :
(a) accepted your offer to purchase Services from us by sending you an email confirming the purchase; and
(b) received payment of the relevant Fees from you.
Course Material from MET Medical English Training courses and training modules can only be used for personal use,
You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, publish, or modify any of the material from MET Medical English Training Online courses or from the Website.
4. Widerrufsbelehrung / Refunds & Returns
Unsere Erstattungs- und Rückgabebestimmungen gelten für 14 Tage. Wenn seit Ihrem Kauf 14 Tage vergangen sind, können wir Ihnen keine vollständige Erstattung oder keinen Umtausch anbieten. Um für eine Rückgabe in Frage zu kommen, muss Ihr Artikel unbenutzt sein und sich in demselben Zustand befinden, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben. Außerdem muss er sich in der Originalverpackung befinden.
Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Fernansatzverträgen, inklusive Ton- und Videoaufnahmen und digitalen Inhalten.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as downloadable software products, digital content, food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Präsenzunterricht / Face-to-Face Class
5.1 Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Stornierungen von Präsenzunterricht, die weniger als zwei Wochen vor Kursbeginn erfolgen, eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 50 % des Gesamtbetrags fällig wird.
